SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping will be done via chosen shipping method.
Made to Order products will be approx 6-16 Weeks till ready to ship. Please be aware of that.
Other products are 1-4 weeks till shipping.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If a made to measure product does not fit, and we did the measurements, the product is 100% guaranteed to fit and we will replace with a new product in exchange for the ill fitting product.
We cannot guarantee measurements made by clients. We will work with you to ask to confirm measurements, and answer any questions about how to measure. But the product will not be guaranteed to fit. IF it does not fit, we will work with you to correct the issue, but there may be additional costs to customer
